Welcome to the new Llys Nini Dog Blog. Here you will see the dogs which are available for re-homing. You are welcome to visit any of these dogs. Details of opening times can be seen below. Rescue dogs suffer from stress in a kennel. Many bark, spin around and jump about. A lot of it is excitement at seeing people. Please don't judge them for this behaviour. PROCEDURE FOR ADOPTING A DOG
All members of the household have to visit and socialise with the dog. A home visit will be done, If living in rented accommodation, a letter of permission to keep a dog must be obtained. The fees are £140 for a puppy (up to 20 weeks), £110 for an adult dog and £70 for an older dog (8 years & over). All dogs are fully vaccinated, de-flead, wormed, spayed or neutered, and micro-chipped.

Have you got a few hours to spare each week, if so why not come in and walk a few of our dogs. We are always needing volunteers, and it can be very rewarding.
After Adoption
All dogs are de-flead, wormed, vaccinated, spayed or neutered. They are also micro-chipped when adopted.

Llys Nini Animal Centre Swansea is a local charity caring for hundreds of animals each year. It receives none of its running costs from the National RSPCA and relies on local donations to care for the rescued animals.
If you would like to be part of this work for abused and abandoned animals, you can sponsor a kennel or cat pen for as little as £1 per week.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR DONATIONS OF DOG BONES, TO KEEP THE DOGS FROM BECOMING FRUSTRATED IN THEIR KENNELS. CALCIUM BONES FILLED WITH TRIPE, MARROW BONES, AND LARGE RAWHIDE BONES, WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED, AND THE DOGS WOULD LOVE THEM. THANK YOU.

HAVING YOUR DOG OR CAT MICRO-CHIPPED WOULD ENSURE ITS RETURN IF IT EVER STRAYED OR GOT LOST. THOUSANDS GO MISSING EVERY YEAR, NEVER TO BE RE-UNITED WITH THEIR OWNERS. WE MICRO-CHIP HERE FOR £12.50, NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED, EVERY DAY EXCEPT WEDNESDAY BETWEEN 11.30 A.M. AND 3.45 P.M.

LEXI
This is Lexi. She is a stunning Alaskan Malamute of 4 years old. Lexi is not your average household breed and she must go to someone with experience of the breed or extensive knowledge of the breed. She has a nice nature though can be a little timid until she first gets to know you. She will need a very active owner. She can be a little stubborn and aloof!
